Shipping

Shipping times will vary, if I have your order in stock I will ship it out the next day!  Orders that are not in stock will hopefully only take me one day to complete, depending upon how many orders I have at the time. If you order something that is in stock, but also get something that is out of stock I will ship them both together when I have your second piece made up unless asked to do otherwise.

Payment

As far as payment goes; right now I can accept Paypal, and Google Checkout. I can't accept checks because of all the recent use of checks for online scams, money orders are fine though (you may have to contact me by email [cody@archmailledesigns.com] and set up special arrangements).

Your Money

Where is your money going? that is a good question! This is something that is very rarely openly discussed by a business but I feel that it is rather important. First off when I receive your payment I wait until everything is shipped out and it is confirmed that you have received the order. Then once the money is safely in my bank account it begins its spread to the world starting with my church. I attend a small but like-able church Oasis Community Church and 10% off the top of my income goes straight to them, so if you have something against God DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MY SITE because your money will go to supporting many mission fields. Another place that my money goes is to xxxChurch.com, I definitely like this ministry and like what they do for the community. They fight a huge problem in America that as a teenage guy I can not say that I have not struggled with, the porn industry. They also have a great book out Starving Jesus that I am currently reading and like the straight forward truthful christian outlook that you rarely see anymore. The amount of my income that will be going to their ministry is undetermined as of yet since I don't really know how much this site will bring in, and I still have a few other fees to worry about as a business (website hosting, SSL fees, tools & Supplies, advertising, business cards, gift boxes & velvet bags, taxes, etcetera).

Guarantee

I guarantee my work just like many other people do. That is, if you are unsatisfied with the piece for any reason return it for a prompt and courteous refund! This refund is good for 30 days after delivery, notice that it does say after delivery because a lot of my work is custom and may take me more than 30 days (chainmail armor for example) for me to complete. I do ask that you be patient with me and allow me time to complete your work before asking for a refund, a reasonable time period for a piece of jewelry may be as much as 10 business days (generally not, but depending upon how busy I get it may take this long). With copper jewelry it does tarnish very easily (not including the colored copper). The process of making a copper bracelet because of oils coming from the human body will increase the rate of tarnish, and while shipping it may become discolored. If you subscribe to my news letter I will send out many tips and techniques on how to clean and care for both copper and silver jewelry. Discoloration is not a reason for return because it can be easily dealt with, if you cannot get it to come clean and wish a refund, or exchange I will be happy to do so. In this circumstance please first allow for the tips to be presented to you on how to care for your jewelry before asking a refund. Upon the chance that a piece of jewelry may break due to fault in craftsmanship or material I will gladly repair the piece once before offering a refund. Patterns such as the Half-Persian chainmail pattern are more prone to breaking due to the high amount of stress that is put on the last couple of rings where the clasp attaches, in this instance I strongly suggest purchasing our "break proof" insurance. With the Break Proof Insurance I will repair your item as much as two times refunding you the shipping cost and paying shipping to send it back, and on the third time I will replace the piece for free! One Break Proof policy must be purchased for each piece of jewelry that you purchase. This guarantee does not include the cost of shipment for refund of purchase, unless you purchase one of our Break Proof policies.

The news letter is pretty much self explanatory, it is a news letter offered to all those who have created an account on our site.
