Thank you for visiting Archmaille Designs beadwork how to Directory!

Welcome to the world of my imagination.  Here you will find many creations by the chainmaille artisan Cody Sortore.  Much of the work that you will find is done in Sterling Silver or other precious metal mediums, but do not be surprised to find a great deal of lower priced items in Copper.  This section covers the basics of beadwork how to listings!

Please take your time to browse through my store to find jewelry and accessories to your likings!  If you are here looking for beadwork how to that too can be found here from time to time.  Even if an item says "Out of stock" do not be shy about putting an order in, all items here are handcrafted and I would gladly give the opportunity to make a piece of jewelry for you.  As always with us here at Archmaille Designs handmade quality items are our number one focus, we are tired of seeing cheap machine crafted items floating around because of mega-super-centers, and we would like to invite you to take some time to slow down and appreciate the wonders of the ancient world.

You're probably seeing a lot of hype about beadwork how to these days if you're searching through my store.  I would like to point out a few things that sets my work apart from the other "beadwork how to" stores out there.  A growing trend that I see today is jewelry stores that sell "handcrafted jewelry" that they've purchased from other companies, that purchase from small vendors in foreign countries.  Something that should be stated right now for Archmaille Designs is that all of our products whether it be sterling silver jewelry, copper jewelry, chainmail armor, or any other custom item we may happen to have in stock everything we make is 100% handcrafted by the person you are purchasing from!" There is no middle man, no run around.  I purchase sterling silver wire, copper wire, or whatever material I am working in and craft each piece myself.  The only thing that I do not make most of the time is the clasp, which are all made in Italy forged clasps with extremely high quality standards, unlike most silver jewelry stores that sell pieces with stamped Chinese made clasps. You may or may not find beadwork how to products here, but you most certainly will find information pertaining to beadwork how to here and can look around at any of those listings!

Cordially,
Cody Sortore

My web development progress? or lack there of :-P
This post is more geared towards newbs in the field like myself, and will go over both advantages I’ve found and disadvantages. First off lets start by saying that my progress in the website development world has been VERY slow and everything has been self taught. I started out in 7th grade on [...]

What used to be
The original idea of this website was to keep it to have a diary of my life… after two years of that I realized that I never really looked back on anything anyways and very few people were looking for history of me so things started to fall away. Then I realized that I [...]

Web Hosting Geeks
I’ve stressed to my readers time in and time out on all of my blogs the importance of when you decide to go online to DO YOUR HOMEWORK! Whether you’re purchasing a new computer, computer parts, a car, or whatever you should research that product, research the company, research their customer support. I [...]

Format fails
ugh! Formatting = teh failz! jeez… I really REALLY don’t want to do this right now. Some of you may remember that I upgraded to a RAID 5 array well in doing so I moved from three individual hard drives to a “single” RAID drive. Which created all sorts of problems [...]

Search Engines
Many people don’t remember what the internet was like before the days of Search Engines. Search engines truly did revolutionize the way we think about and use the internet though. It used to be that you could only find or go to sites that you had previously heard about, saw an ad for, [...]

Computer Registry Cleaner
Recently I’ve run into a lot of troubles with registry errors… well I guess that’s what happens when you go from having three hard drives all with applications installed on them to ghosting your operating system onto a 4 hard drive RAID 5 1.36TB array. So a lot of my file paths were incorrect, [...]

You flatter me!
haha, okay, so as a lot of people know I’ve used a petition site for years to my advantage. The site used to be really good for SEO campaigns, you’d create a petition (with your own HTML in the body of the petition) and sign it 10 times… automatically you’ve got a PR3 page, [...]

MagNext Online Adventure
Lets face it, the world is moving towards computers, every job needs them to function in one form or fashion. Which is why I still don’t get why some parents feel that computer games are bad for a childs health or development. Kids are going to grow up to be adults, and the [...]

Cryo-cell stem cell - cord blood bank
Are you interested in saving and preserving life? It has been said that our nation has become a selfish and self serving nation, but I don’t think that is completely true. If we were so selfish and self serving we wouldn’t advance technologies for the preservation of mankind such as stem cell research. [...]

RAID 5EE vs RAID 5
Here in a couple of days I’ll finally have the opportunity to order the final piece that will allow me to put my 4 500GB hdd’s in RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Disks). The real question is what sort of RAID array do I go for? I’ve heard a lot of conflicting opinions [...]

SEO Link Submission
I’ve talked a lot lately about how many people have flocked to the internet during these hard economic times. What doesn’t get mentioned a lot is how many of those people get swallowed up into the vast depths of the internet. It’s a shame to watch a new person to the world of [...]

Equestrian Lovers
When my wife and I met it was no accident. And it wasn’t because we were both hanging out at the same bar the same night. You might find a fling here or there at a bar, but for true love you’ve got to find someone with the same passions and loves as [...]

Vacuum Cleaner Review
Woot! I’m getting fairly excited about the whole vacuum cleaner review site! It’s going to be good. Gotta get it off to the right start though. The build is going kinda fast, but a bit slow at the same time. Lots of annoying little things here and there that have [...]

We’ve often times had troubles finding a Hotel [...]

raid data recovery

Quality eyeglasses at flea market prices
Very little gives me more joy than finding the perfect deal. That’s one reason I like scavenging through a flea market. I mean honestly that’s what you do at a flea market you scavenge. No one ever goes to a flea market with exactly what they want in mind because you never [...]

To me there really is only one place to get good pizza, and that is Papa John’s! My wife and I love to eat good food, and when we get pizza you better believe that we’re getting good pizza! I can’t stand the prepackaged frozen pizzas from some other big chain pizza shops [...]

A new sink for our tax credit
I’ve lived in older houses before that had old cast iron sinks before, but never did I really see a problem with them or reason to upgrade (especially since they weigh a metric ton and are impossible to dispose of) until my wife and I moved into our new home. We love the new [...]
